When it comes to the most exciting, spectacular models from France, it is without a doubt not the Citroën C25. While this was a fine model for its time of production, it had little chance in the competition, partly because it was part of a hefty badge engineering project. Although Citroën still decided to market a minibus and a pick-up in 1991, the Citroën C25 never became a resounding success. Perhaps because of its limited target market, perhaps because there were too many similar models (with only a different manufacturer) on the market, or simply because competition from the Renault Trafic kept the wind out of the sails of Citroën's C25.

In fact, the quality is identical. The price difference has to do with a brand logo incorporated into the original windscreens, which only make them look more exclusive (they do nothing else for the car window after all).
