The Toyota Proace is one of the Japanese car brand's larger models and is part of a larger partnership, which does not make this model unique. More than 1,000 units of this model have been sold in the Netherlands and since the Proace is still in production at the time of writing, this number will only continue to grow. Attention has also been paid to a 10-inch infotainment system, LED lights and seamless integration for smartphones (Mirror Link). The more expensive versions also have an integrated navigation system, including a 3-year TomTom subscription.
Toyota must have thought that the model would sell itself, because there are not many original, fun commercials to be found (anymore) for this model, while Toyota often shines there. One of the most watched promos is not even from Toyota itself, but from a YouTube channel that plays hold music from telephone customer service behind the videos.
