The Toyota Verso is the direct result of the success of the Toyota Corolla Verso and, like its predecessor, became a huge success in various parts of the world. Also in the Netherlands, as more than 7,000 units were sold here of the model that would remain in production for less than 10 years. Do you own one of these cars and need to replace the windscreen of your Toyota Verso? Then you have come to the right place, as we have cheap car windows for all car makes and models.
Before we tell you how we can offer Toyota Verso windscreens with the best value for money, let's take a brief look at this model of the Japanese car brand.
When the Toyota Verso entered the market in 2009, the model came as absolutely no surprise. In fact, it was the logical successor to the Toyota Corolla Verso, the compact MPV version of the Toyota Corolla that would disappear from the market at that time, because with the Toyota Verso, Toyota now opted for an independent, stand-alone model with its own name. Alongside this, Toyota would also have the Toyota Yaris Verso on the market, but that model is so different that there should be no misunderstanding here. However, this model has been succeeded by the Toyota Verso-S, which does cause confusion thanks to its choice of name. But that's something we can always count on at Toyota.
The Toyota Verso entered the market directly in Europe, Morocco, South Africa, China and even Israel. Toyota chose not to market the Verso in America and Japan because a similar model was already present there (and the Verso would not appeal to the Japanese market). The Toyota Verso was a logical continuation of the Toyota Corolla Verso and therefore had many similarities with its predecessor. The adaptation of the name was actually the most striking change. In 2012, Toyota chose to give the Verso a facelift, modifying the Verso's front end (and would get the same front end as the Toyota Auris E180).
This places the Toyota Verso well in the list of best-selling Toyota models in the Netherlands, comfortably between the Toyota Picnic, the Toyota Yaris Verso and the Toyota Tercel.
When you use your car on a daily or weekly basis, damage or wear and tear is inevitable. In some cases, this can be particularly annoying, especially since the costs often add up quickly when it comes to car repairs and maintenance. That is why it is good to know when your windscreen actually needs replacing. In most cases, you can keep on driving with a damaged windscreen. There are two cases where the windscreen of the Toyota Verso does need to be replaced. Your car will no longer pass the MOT if the damage is in the driver's field of vision and if it is a branched crack or a chip with a diameter of at least 20 millimetres.
You already have a new windscreen for your Toyota Verso for €399. Although our windscreens are significantly cheaper than the original windscreens at your Toyota dealer, the quality is identical. In fact, they are often even made in exactly the same factories. The price difference is in one small detail and that is the brand logo that is in the original car windows. This logo does nothing for the windscreen of your Verso, but its exclusive nature does make the price significantly higher. So if you want to order a car window with the best value for money, you will end up with after market automotive glass.
If you have little or no windscreen replacement experience, or if you think you can do the job from a YouTube video, then we strongly recommend using our certified fitting partners for on-site windscreen replacement. Since our fitting partners always come to you, you have nothing to worry about and you can be safely back on the streets in no time with your intact, clean new windscreen. Of course, this is also the solution if you can no longer drive your Verso because of windscreen damage.
